1. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
We only work with business customers, regardless of what stage your business is in. In theory, our minimum order starts at 500 pieces. However, if you have a local agent or warehouse in China, we can deliver the goods directly to them, which may help reduce your initial logistics burden.
2. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms depend on the duration of our cooperation. For new customers, we accept T/T payment: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance before delivery of the goods.
3. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are definitely a manufacturer, not a trading company. We have specialized in the production of tables and chairs for over 10 years. Compared to trading companies, we offer better cost efficiency and a higher level of product customization.
4. How do you handle quality assurance? What if a product arrives damaged?
We implement a dual-stage quality control system: Our inspectors perform random checks during production, and we conduct a final inspection before packaging. If a product arrives damaged, we will offer a discount and provide complimentary replacement parts to help you repair it in your next transaction.

We provide a 1-year limited warranty for non-structural components such as upholstery, hardware, and surface coatings. If issues occur under normal use, we will offer a discount and free replacement parts to support repairs in your next order.
6. How long is your delivery time?
Under FOB terms, our standard lead time is 20–25 days. If the transaction is under CIF or DDP terms, the delivery time depends on the destination country. Please provide your detailed delivery address so we can calculate an accurate timeline for you.
