A: We accept EXW, FOB, or CIF pricing. Payment options include T/T, Western Union, Credit Card, MoneyGram, and PayPal. Payment terms are a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% balance due before delivery.

A: Every process from raw material procurement to packaging is inspected by a professional QC team to ensure top standards.
Q: What services can you provide?
A: We can print logos on both products and cartons. Custom designs from customers are always welcomed.
Q: Do you provide material samples?
A: Yes, we provide material samples free of charge; you only need to pay the shipping cost. Finished product samples are also available, and we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order.
Q: What about your lead time?
A: Around 7-14 days after receiving the deposit, or within 3-7 days if the items are currently in stock.
