What are the welding options available for these chairs?
We offer two welding specifications: normal welding, which features a 5cm length, and full welding, which features an 18cm length. Full welding is highly recommended for commercial hospitality settings to ensure superior structural durability.
Do the chair legs scratch or mark indoor flooring?
No. All our dining chairs are equipped with protective plastic feet and glides. These are specifically designed to stop floors from marking and to prevent scratches when moving the chairs.
How are the chairs packed and protected for shipping?
The back of each hotel chair is wrapped in thick bubble paper, while the legs and seat are covered with clean PE film to prevent residue. To avoid scratches during stacking, frames are wrapped with fabric wraps. We offer unit packing, stacking package (16-18pcs/stack), and carton package options.
What is the container loading capacity for stacking vs. laying methods?
When stacking the chairs, a 20'GP container holds 650pcs and a 40'HQ holds 1710pcs. When using the laying method, a 20'GP holds 850pcs and a 40'HQ holds 2200pcs.
Are fire-retardant foam options available for the cushion?
Yes. While the standard cushion utilizes a comfortable, high-density mold sponge, we can also customize the chairs with high-density BS7176 fire-retardant (FR) foam upon request.
